David joined KPMG in February 2019 and brings to the team 9 years of global infrastructure development experience. He has worked across industries to support private developers, governments, non-profits and end-users of infrastructure plan for, finance, develop, optimize and dispose of assets. David has considerable experience in developing and analyzing the business case for multi-million and multi-billion dollar investments, in addition to innovative project financing and delivery mechanisms. Prior to joining KPMG, David worked for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency where he managed the Agency’s infrastructure investment portfolio in Southeast Asia; one of the world’s fastest-growing regions.
David has invested in and managed the development of complex infrastructure projects in over 30 countries throughout his career. He has provided strategic advice to businesses, governments and private developers during the early project planning phase through financing and delivery.
